Techtonist is a multi-vendor marketplace: products are sold by independent vendors, not by Techtonist. Each order is fulfilled by a single vendor and delivered by the courier you choose at checkout. Prices are in Algerian dinars (DZD).
An order is a binding offer to buy. For cash-on-delivery checkout, Techtonist verifies the quoted stock, vendor, courier, price and loyalty discount, reserves the items, and creates one pending order per fulfilling vendor. The vendor then has the confirmation window shown in the app (currently three hours) to accept; only acceptance makes the order confirmed and shippable. On an eligible single-line courier order, Techtonist may try only fallback listings that the buyer explicitly selected and that still match the exact product, new condition, warranty, colorway, quantity and accepted price. A materially different replacement always requires a new quote and buyer consent. If no safe vendor can fulfil the order, stock and loyalty value are restored; provider-exposed online payments are held for reconciliation instead of being silently unwound. Payment is by cash on delivery or, only where separately enabled and certified, online via SATIM. A reachable phone number is required for cash on delivery.
You may request a return on completed orders within the return window shown in the app, stating the reason. Approved refunds restore any Sparks you redeemed and reverse the payment through the original method where applicable.
Only buyers with a delivered order may review it. Sparks are a loyalty balance with no cash value; they can discount up to half of an order's subtotal. Order rewards are pending after vendor acceptance and become available only after delivery and the return window, provided no active return exists.
Vendors must state stock truthfully, describe unit condition accurately (including usage duration and repair history for used items), and honor confirmed orders. Repeated failures lead to obstruction (removal from the marketplace).
No fraudulent orders, fake reviews, counterfeit goods, or attempts to abuse promotions or loyalty mechanics. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Techtonist provides the platform "as is" and, to the extent permitted by law, is not liable for vendor products beyond facilitating the order, payment and return flows described above.

Techtonist est une place de marché multi-vendeurs : les produits sont vendus par des vendeurs indépendants. Chaque commande est honorée par un seul vendeur et livrée par le transporteur choisi au paiement. Les prix sont en dinars algériens (DZD).
Une commande constitue une offre d'achat ferme. Pour le paiement à la livraison, Techtonist vérifie le stock, le vendeur, le transporteur, le prix et la remise fidélité du devis, réserve les articles et crée une commande en attente par vendeur. Le vendeur dispose ensuite du délai affiché dans l'application (actuellement trois heures) pour accepter ; seule cette acceptation confirme la commande et autorise son expédition. Pour une commande éligible à une seule ligne, Techtonist ne peut essayer que les offres de secours explicitement choisies par l'acheteur et conservant exactement le produit, l'état neuf, la garantie, la couleur, la quantité et le prix accepté. Toute autre offre exige un nouveau devis et un nouveau consentement. Sans vendeur sûr, le stock et la valeur fidélité sont restaurés ; une exposition de paiement en ligne est mise en rapprochement plutôt qu'annulée silencieusement. Le paiement en ligne SATIM reste soumis à une activation et une certification distinctes. Un numéro joignable est obligatoire pour le paiement à la livraison.
Les retours sont possibles dans la fenêtre indiquée dans l'application. Les vendeurs doivent décrire fidèlement l'état des articles (durée d'utilisation et réparations pour l'occasion) et honorer les commandes confirmées.

تكتونيست سوق متعدد البائعين: المنتجات يبيعها بائعون مستقلون. كل طلب ينفذه بائع واحد ويوصله الموصّل الذي تختاره عند الدفع. الأسعار بالدينار الجزائري.
الطلب عرض شراء ملزم. عند الدفع عند الاستلام، تتحقق تكتونيست من المخزون والبائع والموصّل والسعر وخصم الولاء، ثم تحجز السلع وتنشئ طلبًا معلقًا لكل بائع. يملك البائع بعد ذلك مهلة التأكيد المبينة في التطبيق (ثلاث ساعات حاليًا) للقبول؛ ولا يصبح الطلب مؤكدًا وقابلًا للشحن إلا بعد القبول. في الطلب المؤهل ذي السطر الواحد، لا يمكن تجربة إلا عروض بديلة اختارها المشتري صراحةً وما زالت تطابق تمامًا المنتج والحالة الجديدة والضمان واللون والكمية والسعر المقبول. أي عرض مختلف يحتاج عرض سعر وموافقة جديدين. إذا لم يتوفر بائع آمن، يُعاد المخزون وقيمة الولاء؛ أما الدفع الإلكتروني المعرّض لحركة مالية فيُحال للمطابقة بدل إلغائه داخليًا بصمت. يبقى الدفع عبر SATIM خاضعًا لتفعيل واعتماد منفصلين. رقم هاتف يمكن الوصول إليه شرط للدفع عند الاستلام.
يمكن طلب الإرجاع ضمن المدة المبينة في التطبيق. على البائعين وصف حالة السلع بدقة (مدة الاستعمال والإصلاحات للمستعمل) والوفاء بالطلبات المؤكدة.
